This supervisor's program builds high-performing managers who are: • strengths-based • engagement-focused • performance-oriented Participants will engage in workshops and D2L activities exploring the book It's The Manager and discussing ways to implement a strengths-based, engagement-focused, and performance-oriented approach to their leadership. Participants will work as teams to complete a capstone project related to the employee journey.
